Process Adopted:

  • Need Identification: Evaluate requirements of a shortlisted school by meeting the management, teachers and visiting the school premises
  • Resource Planning: Volunteers along-with school management perform resource planning – requirement of educational materials and deliverable timelines
  • Fund Raising:
    • Initiate the process to raise funds based on planned budget
    • Approach friends, well-wishers with the identified requirement
    • Raise funds through individual contribution and seeking CSR fund from corporates
    • Contributors can directly supply the requirements or contribute in raising funds and volunteer to involve in the entire process
  • Additionally, volunteers manage the project and implement the activities including:
    • Liaise with authorities to get approvals
    • Coordinate for procurement and transportation of the educational materials
    • Distribution of the educational material to the children in the school
